So lots of people like to quote some survey that found out Seattle is the best read cities in the US. Not sure how they know this but we do have a lot of great book stores. Spine and Crown is a gem of a find. Lots of art books, quality writers and not much of the run of the mill paperbacks which is ideal. The book store packs a lot in it's space and Chris the owner is super knowledgable and is happy to order titles for you. He also likes to chat a lot too - I own Bluebottle next door and I know if I go over to ask a simple question we'll stand talking for at least 15 mintues.
Husband + wife duo Andrea and Matthew Porter own Bluebottle Art Gallery and Store in Seattle. Bluebottle is headquarters for Matthew's infamous Monkey World paintings and products. In addition to Matthew's artwork we showcase local and national talent in the art, craft and design DIY movement!
